Our Commitment to Equine Health

Established by Tina Brandt in 2017, Healthy Horses Inside Out was created to fulfil a demand for supplements that aim to maintain the proper mineral ratio balance in equine diets, particularly in relation to forage intake, which is often neglected. 

It all came about from the need for her own horse herd - finding a supplement that was high-quality, multi-purpose and address common deficiencies and excesses. Created at home in a garage, Healthy Horses Inside Out has grown rapidly to its own purpose build facility. Collaboration with the leading supplier in the provision of vitamin and mineral premixes to the New Zealand feed sector prioritises premium quality ingredients for the formulas. Together with ongoing research on feeding regimes that supports a healthy digestive system and the overall horse wellness. The cornerstone of a horse's health is rooted in their entire mineral ratio intake or lack therefore, that heavily impacts both internal & external wellness.
