Monthly inclusions are valid for that month only. Any benefits or services not utilized within that monthly period will expire at the conclusion of the month. Unused benefits do not carry over to the next month. Notifications regarding special offers will be sent via email once a month. The unique codes provided for your exclusive perks will also expire at the month's end. When you cancel you access is removed immediately. Any codes remaining unused after this period will no longer be valid.

Our educational library is continually evolving. Access to the resources within our HHIO library is limited to paid members only.

Each month, we hold a prize draw exclusively for advanced memberships. If you are selected as the winner, we will notify you via email. Your prize will be added to your next order. Please note that the prize is valid for 2 months from the date of the draw. If you do not make a purchase within this 2 month period, you will forfeit your prize. All premium memberships will be advised what the free bonus gift is for that month and the code to use to claim it with your order.

Membership offers are emailed on the first day of every month, with all associated inclusions, codes, and benefits becoming void at the end of that month.

Advanced membership includes a 15-minute consultation for a single question regarding one horse. The premium membership feed plan consists of a 30-minute consultation for one horse and one 15-minute quick inquiry. Follow-up questions are not accepted. Any requests exceeding this time limit will incur additional charges which will be advised at the time. Each inclusion is eligible for use once during each month of an active membership. Either of these services not utilized will not be rolled over into the next month.
